![]() The Difference Machine is a creative think-tank and design agency, based on a hilltop in rural New Hampshire. It’s winter for half the year up here, which provides ample time for inventing and tinkering.
Co-directors Michaela D’Angelo & Taz Sibley have accumulated extensive portfolios, together and separately, of award-winning work in web and print design, photography, illustration, fine art, infographics, writing and editing. Michaela is primarily a painter. She had her first solo exhibit in SOHO in 2006, and is currently completing a new body of work, exploring memory and ephemera.
Taz was initially intending to be a writer, but ended up in design to pay the bills and moved from there into web development and Flash animation. What this all means for you, in practical terms, is that we approach our design and development work from the broad perspective of communications arts...as opposed to the narrow confines of programming alone. The result? Sites (and publications) that are vivid, memorable and effective, as well as technically competent. That's part of our difference. |
